It’s called “reeeehearsal” now…

We headed out this morning, groggy as all get out from last night’s batman binge, at around 8:30. Chris and Andy rolled up in the allmighty Mansions Conversion Van, much to my awe and amazement. It’s full of all things both neat and creepy. Plenty of room for sleeping and quite comfortable, the Vansion has outlets for all yur electrical needs, as well as a special spot for a…TADA… Game Cube? Yes. Also, Mood Lighting? Pardon Me? Mood Lighting you say? Yes. All in all a sturdy vehicle and rather exciting as a means of conveyance for the next month. We hit Louisville at around five and began “rehearsing for tour” almost immediately. Our permanent drummr arrived soon after. His name is Sal and he’s a chicago native, thus meeting him halfway here in Louisville at Chris’s parent’s house. We spent the better part of the night working things out and I think he’s  going to be a really solid addition to our group of traveling ruffians. If you can’t tell, I’m a little bit excited about this whole deal. We’ll be in Louisville until wednesday. Then we head out for the first show. I’ll throw some pictures up of practice in the next few days to give a you a better idea, as if you can’t imagine four scruffy guys playing music in a basement on your own, of whats going on around these parts.

Taaaaalk to you soon!
